Non-GMO foods are the front line
of the battle to save all real food!

Non-GMO vs. Organic ...
They're Both About Saving the Planet!

This war isn't really about GMO's vs. Organics in terms of what you eat! The real war is about preventing the permanent, irreversible destruction of our entire natural ecosystem by GMO crops. In that war, it is the non-GMO foods that are on the front lines.

Don't get me wrong -- I personally buy mostly organic produce. But in the real world, whether or not I buy "non-GMO" or "organic" food is actually just a personal choice. It's not actually the most important thing.

Though it seems to many people that non-GMO foods are competing with organics, that is not the real issue or whole story. Far from it. You see, I believe that people who purchase lower cost non-GMO foods instead of more costly organics are NOT organic food customers really anyway.

What's far more significant is that it is much easier and more profitable for FARMERS to grow non-GMO crops than organic or even GMO crops! That will change everything. Farmers are finally starting to realize they can be more successful without the use of costly Monsanto's products and get better or at least comparable yields with less costs. And without the investment it takes to become certified organic.

Here's why:

First, it is both expensive and time-consuming to become a certified organic farmer. The fields you want to use must remain fallow for at least 3 years. There's a fee just for applying, up to $1,500. And then you must keep detailed records of what you are doing on those fields every day. That's every single day, forever! But even after all that, thanks to "genetic drift," there's no guarantee that your crops won't be infected by GMO's anyway because you just can't tell the wind not to blow! If that happens, you might even get sued by Monsanto for growing their patented crops without permission. And thanks to an army of lawyers, they usually win -- though recently the truth has started coming out even in the courts. Then, whomever wins, you still lose -- because the massive investment you made in creating an organic farm is gone. Your lovingly nurtured farm is no longer legally "organic."

It may be too late anyway! Virtually all commercial seeds in America already have at least trace levels of genetically modified proteins. It's an uphill battle for many farmers. And small organic farmers are having to compete more and more with "organic" farmers everywhere from Brazil to Spain or even China (some with questionable standards and practices). So the harsh reality today is that many farmers are more willing to grow lower cost, more commercially viable, and more sustainable non-GMO crops -- which just might help stop GMO's from infecting the entire world before it's too late!

It's a War Between GMO's and ... Everything Else!

So yes, I personally prefer organics for lots of reasons, from greater nutritional density to better flavor. But in this war, it is the non-GMO foods that are effectively on the front line for the battle to save all real food, especially organics.
